Coaching
We offer a free initial consultation to discuss your needs and determine the best approach to achieve your goals. Following this consultation, we will provide you with a detailed breakdown of our services and pricing options. We typically offer coaching packages of between 3 and 6 sessions. We arrange bespoke packages for individuals and organisations.
HR Consulting
Pricing for HR projects and services will be agreed with you up front, based on an initial assessment of the time required.
Retainer pricing for HR Director services will be based on an agreed monthly time commitment.
Safer Recruitment
We charge £450 plus VAT and agreed expenses for a full day's training; £250 plus VAT and agreed expenses for two half-days' training and £300 for a follow-up refresher course. Courses can accommodate up to 8 delegates and can be delivered in person or online.
A 50% discount will be applied where schools are either already engaged with us in any capacity on a Consultancy basis, or who have one or more active Coachees engaged with ReDiscover.
